About Andrew Duckman, B.A., RHU, RIBO, GBA Candidate

As a veteran corporate benefits, general insurance and wellness professional, Andrew has over fifteen years of experience within the risk management, merchant banking and information technology sectors. His core competencies are product development, employee benefit cost containment and executive and business owner benefit construction. Andrew began his career at Unum Provident (now RBC) developing unique financial solutions to serve the specialized needs of Canada’s small and medium-sized businesses, and was responsible for integrating special risk solutions into the product lines of some of Canada’s largest financial and insurance firms. In 2003, he joined one of Canada’s leading Third Party Administrator and Brokerage firms.

Andrew Duckman is a respected leader within his community, devoting his time and energy to several philanthropic causes. A long-time coach, his latest project is the creation of Child First Player Protection Athlete Coverage, putting children and athlete protection first.
